At Nuva Luxe, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.


Eligibility for Returns

You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery if:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

  • All original tags, accessories, and components are intact.

  • You have proof of purchase (e.g. order confirmation or receipt).

Please note:

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” are not eligible for return or refund.

  • Returns requested after 14 days will not be accepted.


🚚 Return Process

  1. Request a Return
    Email us at support@nuvaluxe.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Receive Return Instructions
    We’ll send you return instructions, including the return shipping address.

  3. Ship the Item
    Package the item securely and return it using a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.


💸 Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of incorrect or defective items.


🔄 Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item or size, please initiate a return and place a new order.


❗ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll make it right at no additional cost to you.
